Personal Data may be entered by the User or be collected automatically while this Application is being used.

Unless otherwise specified, the purposes of the Cookies (or other tracking tools) employed by this Application and by the controllers of the third-party services used by this Application are to identify the Users and keep track of their preferences for reasons strictly associated with the supply of the services requested by the Users.

A User’s denial to supply some of the Personal Data required could prevent this Application from providing the services requested.

The User takes responsibility for third-party Personal Data published or shared through this Application and guarantees that he/she has the right to disclose/disseminate such data, relieving the Controller from any liability to third parties.

Modalities and place where the Data collected are processed

PROCESSING

The Controller processes the Personal Data of the Users by adopting the appropriate security measures designed to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, dissemination, changes and destruction of Personal Data.

The data is processed by means of IT and/or telematics tools, according to organisational modalities and logics strictly correlated with the purposes specified. In some cases, other staff members, besides the Controller, may have access to the Data, and namely, persons in charge of maintaining the website (administrative, sales, marketing and legal personnel and system administrators) and external subjects (e.g., technical service suppliers, hosting providers, IT firms, advertising agencies) who may be appointed Data Processors by the Controller, if necessary. An updated list of the Data Processors can be requested from the Data Controller at any time.

PLACE

The Data are processed at the operational headquarters of the Controller and any other place where the persons in charge of data processing are located. For further information, contact the Controller.

TIME

The Data is processed for as long as it takes to complete the service(s) requested by the User, or for the time it takes to accomplish the purposes specified herein. Users can always request that we stop processing their information and/or that we erase it.

Purposes of data processing

User Data is collected to enable the Controller to provide the services requested and for the following additional purposes: Statistics, Contacting the User, viewing contents from external platforms.

The types of Personal Data used for each purpose are listed in the corresponding sections of this document.

CONTACTING THE USER

Contact form (Websites / Landing Pages / Newsletters)

By compiling a contact form with their data, the Users authorises the company to use their personal data to answer requests for information, quotes, or any other service specified in the header of the form.

Personal Data collected: Post code, Surname, Email, Address, Country, Name, Fax number, Telephone number, VAT number, Province, Company name and State.

StatisticS

The services listed in this section allow the Data Controller to monitor and analyse traffic data and are used to keep track of User behaviour.

Google Analytics (Google Inc.)

Google Analytics is a web analysis service supplied by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google uses the Personal Data collected for the purposes of tracking and analysing the usage of this Application, compiling reports and sharing them with other services developed by Google.

Google may use the Personal Data to contextualise and customise the ads appearing in its own advertising network.

Facebook Pixel (Facebook Inc.)

Facebook Pixel is a web analysis service supplied by Facebook Inc. (“Facebook”). Facebook uses the Personal Data collected for the purposes of tracking and analysing site usage, analysing marketing / retargeting campaigns, monitoring conversions, providing the platform with information for use in planning and managing the advertising campaigns of M.I.T.I. S.P.A.

Facebook may use the Personal Data to contextualise and customise the ads appearing in its own advertising network.

Linkedin Pixel is a web analysis service supplied by Linkedin Inc. (“Linkedin”).

Linkedin uses the Personal Data collected for the purposes of tracking and analysing site usage, analysing marketing / retargeting campaigns, monitoring conversions, providing the platform with information for use in planning and managing the advertising campaigns of M.I.T.I. S.P.A.

Linkedin may use the Personal Data to contextualise and customize the ads appearing in its own advertising network.

CRM & BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE.

Some of the data collected through Internet platforms/ landing pages / newsletters / marketing campaigns on the social media will be stored in the company database, only and exclusively for statistical purposes and/or to carry out marketing campaigns and send out commercial offers. The reference systems are CRM & QLIK supplied by Eurobusiness (https://www.eurob.it/ ) and Computer House Prato ( http://www.cho.it/ ).

Personal Data collected: Post code, Surname, Email, Address, Country, Name, Fax number, Telephone number, VAT number, Province, Company name and State, only if entered by the user in the ad hoc forms contained in the platforms and only with the user’s prior consent.

VIEWING CONTENTS from external platforms

These services make it possible to view contents hosted in external platforms directly from the pages of the latter, and to interact with such contents using this Application.
If a service of this type is installed, it may collect traffic data for the pages where it is installed, even when the Users do not actually use of the service.

Widget Video Youtube (Google Inc.)

Youtube is a video content viewing service managed by Google Inc. that enables this Application to integrate such contents into its own pages.

DEFENCE IN COURT PROCEEDINGS
The Personal Data of a User may be used by the Controller in court proceedings, or in the preparatory stages of court proceedings, for defence against improper use on the part of the User of this Application and/or the services associated with it.

The Users acknowledge that they are aware that the Controller may be requested to disclose their Personal Data at the request of the public authorities.

SPECIFIC INFORMATION NOTICES
At the User’s request, besides the information contained in this privacy policy, this Application may provide the User with additional and contextual information on specific services, or on the collection and processing of Personal Data.

SYSTEM LogS AND MAINTENANCE
To meet needs associated with its operation and maintenance, this Application and the third-party services used by it, if any, may collect system Logs, i.e., files recording the interactions with Users, which may also contain Personal Data of the latter, such as a User’s IP address.

EXERCISE OF USER RIGHTS
Data Subjects may exercise at any time the following rights: obtain confirmation from the Data Controller as to the existence of their data; be informed of the contents and origin of their data; verify the correctness and request the integration, erasure, update, correction, conversion to anonymous form of their data, or the blocking of data processed in violation of the law; object to the processing, for legitimate reasons. Such requests must be addressed to the Data Controller.

“Do Not Track” requests are not supported by this Application. To learn whether or not such requests are supported by third-party services, see their privacy policies.

CHANGES TO THIS privacy policy
The Data Controller reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time by informing the Users via this page. Accordingly, Users are advised to consult this page on a regular basis and take into consideration the last modified date shown at the foot of the page. Users who do not want to accept the changes made to this privacy policy should stop using this Application and may ask the Data Controller to erase their Personal Data. Unless otherwise specified, the previous version of this privacy policy will continue to apply to the Personal Data collected until then.

Usage Data includes the information collected automatically by this Application (or the third-party applications used by it), such as: the IP addresses or the domain names of the computers used by the Users who connect to this Application, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses, the time the request is entered, the method used to submit a request to the server, the size of the file obtained in reply, the numerical code indicating the status of the reply obtained from the server (successfully completed, error, etc.), the Country of origin, the characteristics of the browser and the operating system used by the visitor, the various temporal connotations of the visit (e.g., time spent on each page), and details user movements within the Application, with special regard to the sequence of the pages visited, the User’s operating system parameters and IT environment.

User
The person using this Application, who must be the same as the Data Subject or have been authorised by the latter, and whose Personal Data are processed.

The natural person, or the legal entity, the Personal Data refer to.

The natural person, the legal entity, the public administration and any other entity, association or body appointed by the Controller to process the Personal Data of the Users, in accordance with the modalities described in this privacy policy.

The natural person, the legal entity, the public administration and any other entity, association or body who, possibly together with another controller, has the power to define the purposes, the modalities and the instruments used to process the data, including the security aspects thereof, in connection with the operation and use of this Application. Small data strings stored in the User’s devices.
