If you do so, M.I.T.I. S.p.a. will stop sending you our newsletters and will discontinue the data processing necessary to send you the newsletters. Revoking your consent does not undermine the lawfulness of the processing carried out previously based on your earlier consent.

You also have the right to object to the processing of your Personal Data. All the abovementioned rights may be exercised by sending a written request addressed without formalities to the Controller, at the contacts given above in paragraph 1.

If you feel we have not met your requests satisfactorily, you can lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Guarantor (http://www.garanteprivacy.it/) according to the modalities provided for in the applicable regulations.
